Website and hosting

Hosting and email are provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, IP addresses, access times, requested pages, referring pages, and browser, device and operating-system information are processed to provide, secure and technically optimise the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

IONOS states that visitor data is anonymised upon collection, retained for eight weeks and used for cookie-free visitor statistics (WebAnalytics). According to IONOS, this does not involve transfers to countries outside the EU. Details: IONOS privacy information. Strictly necessary cookies may be used for sign-in and security (Section 25(2) TDDDG). We do not use advertising cookies.

Enquiries

When you select “Send enquiry”, your details are transmitted through the website to info@filomentum.de and delivered by email through IONOS. The form does not create an additional contact database. Short-lived technical checks prevent spam and duplicate sending (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use contact details and messages to reply and take steps towards a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise for our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). IONOS and the email providers involved receive the necessary data. Providing information is voluntary; without sufficient contact details we cannot reply.

Retention and rights

We delete enquiries when their purpose ends, subject to statutory retention requirements. Where legal conditions are met, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain, particularly to the Berlin data protection authority. FILOMENTUM does not make automated decisions, including profiling.
